1. Website and campaign purpose
This site provides information about Affinity’s community association management services and directs HOA, condominium, high-rise, and co-op board members or other community leaders to the LeadConnector chat widget to begin an educational Association Health Check, request information, or ask about scheduling a consultation.
The assessment is an informational tool. Any property management engagement, scope, fees, duties, guarantees, and service levels are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate and current information and not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for an association, board, community, or organization.
3. Educational information; no professional advice
The Association Health Check and website content are educational and are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, insurance, reserve-study, or other professional advice. A result does not establish the condition of an association and should not replace advice from qualified professionals.
Using the website or chat widget does not create a management relationship, fiduciary duty, or guarantee that Affinity will offer services or achieve a particular result.
4. Communications about your request
When you use the chat widget, Affinity may reply within that conversation using the information you provide. Opening the widget does not by itself enroll you in recurring SMS. Marketing text messaging begins only after you submit your telephone number through the widget following the displayed SMS program disclosure and affirmatively select the marketing consent checkbox.
5. Optional marketing text messages
You enroll in Affinity’s marketing text messaging program only if you submit your telephone number through the LeadConnector chat widget after reviewing the SMS program disclosure and affirmatively selecting the marketing consent checkbox. SMS consent is not required to purchase services.

You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the site for its intended informational purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.
9. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including communications, analytics, scheduling, advertising, and CRM providers. Their sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Affinity does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Affinity does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affinity and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site.
