How Affinity Management Services collects, uses, safeguards, and communicates about information submitted through this website and its LeadConnector chat widget.

Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Affinity Management Services, LLC (“Affinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website, use the LeadConnector chat widget, begin the Association Health Check, request information, or otherwise communicate with us.
Mobile information and SMS consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly through the LeadConnector chat widget or other communications, including your name, email address, telephone number, association or community name, role, service needs, assessment responses, scheduling details, chat content, and any information included in your message.

We may also collect technical information such as browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the site through cookies, pixels, analytics, and similar technologies.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • operate the chat widget and respond to your conversation;
  • provide your Association Health Check result and relevant educational resources;
  • respond to inquiries about community association management services;
  • schedule and manage consultations or appointments;
  • provide customer care and operational communications;
  • send email or text marketing communications only when permitted by law and your choices;
  • measure, maintain, secure, and improve our website, chat experience, advertising, and services; and
  • comply with applicable law and protect our rights, users, and business.

3. Email and text communications

Opening the chat widget does not by itself enroll you in recurring SMS. You opt in to marketing text messages only when you submit your telephone number after reviewing the SMS program disclosure and affirmatively selecting the marketing consent checkbox inside the widget. SMS consent is not required to purchase services.

If you opt in to Affinity’s marketing text messaging program through the widget, Affinity may send marketing and promotional messages about community association management services, educational resources, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link included in the message.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, CRM, communications, analytics, scheduling, security, or professional operations; when required by law; when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our systems; or in connection with a business transaction.

Service providers may use information only to perform the relevant service. As stated above, mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our site may use cookies, analytics tools, and advertising pixels to understand site use, measure campaign performance, remember preferences, and improve communications. Browser and device controls may allow you to limit certain cookies, although doing so may affect functionality.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, accounting, security, and operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adult community association leaders and other adults seeking business services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Affinity is not responsible for those practices.
